Cancelation & No Shows

We ask for 24 hours notice for all cancellations for all appointments.  If an appointment is not canceled within 24 hours, or the guest does not show, there will be a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Card Policy

For all of our services we do require a credit card on file in order to hold your appointment.  A separate payment form will be sent out for completion at the time of scheduling.  

Late Arrivals

Please allow extra time for traffic and parking to arrive at your appointment at the scheduled time.  Each appointment is scheduled to allow enough time for the service requested.  If you arrive late, we may not have enough time to complete your service and will have to reschedule you for another date/time.  Failure to arrive on time may be considered as a no show if the appointment needs to be rescheduled.  The fee would be 50% of the appointment.
